The Lowdown on the Back / Booze Connection
Prior studies have suggested a link between alcohol consumption and lower back pain, published back in 2012 in Manual Therapy. However, according to Australian researchers, conclusive evidence has yet to make a solid connection between the two.

What's it all mean?

If you think you might have a problem with alcohol, seek treatment immediately, or your problem may get strong enough to deal with you first.
