A back injury is an injury that has to do with the bones, muscles, or ligaments that hold your back together. Back pain can be either acute (a one-time sort of thing) or chronic (persisting back pain), though chronic back pain makes up only 1%-5% of back pain cases.

Back Strain and Back Sprain

The lower back takes the brunt end of the load when it comes to stress and everyday wear and tear.
